Karlayura Personnel is currently seeking experienced Civil Construction Operators for the Amrun Haul Road Project, supporting a major Rio Tinto operation in Far North Queensland.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term project work through to December 2026, with the potential for ongoing works into 2027.

Scraper Operators - Operating CAT 623 and 637 Scrapers
- Minimum 2 years civil construction experience
- Relevant RII tickets required
Grader Operators - Final Trim experience highly regarded
- Relevant RII tickets required
- Multiskilled operators preferred
Excavator Operators - Final Trim experience highly regarded
- Relevant RII tickets required
- Multiskilled operators preferred
Multiskilled Plant Operators Experience operating one or more of the following: - Moxy Water Carts
- Ejectors
- Articulated Dump Trucks / Tippers
Relevant RIIs required with recent operating experience. Civil Labourers - Previous civil construction experience essential
- Traffic Management tickets advantageous
- Skid Steer experience advantageous
- Remote project experience highly regarded
Mandatory Requirements - Minimum 2 years' civil construction experience
- Relevant RII qualifications and licenses
- Ability to work a remote FIFO/DIDO roster
- Strong commitment to safety
- Team-focused attitude
- Multiskilled experience highly regarded across all roles
