701 Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Moxy Operators, Roller Operators and Civil Labourers to join a major civil subdivision project in Lowood. With ongoing works and a strong pipeline ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with a respected civil contractor.

Available Roles:

Moxy Operators

• Operating articulated dump trucks (Moxy)
• Hauling material across subdivision and earthworks areas
• Working closely with earthmoving crews

Roller Operators

• Operating smooth drum and padfoot rollers
• Compaction of roads, pads and civil infrastructure
• Assisting with Civil Labouring duties **This is a 50/50 role**

Civil Labourers

• General labouring duties on active civil construction sites
• Assisting with pipe laying, spotting, drainage, grade checking and site preparation
• Supporting operators and civil crews as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in civil construction, subdivision or bulk earthworks projects
• Relevant machinery tickets and licences (where applicable)
• Construction White Card
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
