Are you an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator ready to take your career to the next level in the dynamic Oil and Gas industry? Or perhaps you're looking to diversify your skills and enter this high-demand field? We have an incredible opportunity for you!

Due to a large turnaround within the Oil & Gas sector, we are looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator, for a short term assignemnt, to join our expanding team in our clients Perth CBD office & on-site between now and end of October 2026. As a key support to our teams, you’ll provide vital administrative assistance to our TAR projects, spanning across WA.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage all facets of contractor onboarding including site inductions, medicals and all necessary verifications
  • You’ll bring your expertise in Develop and maintain detailed mobilisation and demobilisation plans for all turnaround personnel and contractors.
  • This role may offer occasional site travel, giving you a unique chance to experience the action up close.

 What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Site/mobilisation Administration experience – Oil & Gas projects would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Proven experience coordinating large workforces (100+ personnel preferred)
  • Experience entering timesheets and or reviewing against roster data
  • Strong understanding of end to end onboarding and mobilisation processes, including compliance and site specific requirements.
  • Experience in Maintain and update project rosters, including swing changes, extensions and demobilisations
  • Ability to coordinate travel of employees, including flights, car hire and accommodation
  • Strong communications skills, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong understanding of the importance of safety within our industry.
  • Previous use of workforce tracking systems or turnaround software (e.g. P6, SAP, Maximo, or similar)
