Mobile Plant Operators Dampier

 

We currently have a number of opportunities for Dampier based mobile plant operators to work with a major Iron Ore operator on the maintenance of vital access roads along a major rail corridor in the Pilbara. Working across multiple sites, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment while maintaining high safety, quality, and environmental standards.

 

About The Role 

 

• Operate and maintain heavy plant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and rehabilitate access roads along the rail corridor.
• Float and relocate equipment between project sites as required.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Identify and report maintenance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to deliver project outcomes.

About You 

 

To be considered for these roles you will ideally have: 

• Min 2 years proven experience operating heavy machinery in construction, civil, mining, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience operating:
• • CAT Graders
  • Rollers
  • Watercarts
  • Loaders
  • Heavy Combination Trucks
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Minimum HR license or HC Driver's Licence is highly desirable.

We are also chasing D10/D11 Dozer and 3600/5600 Production Excavator roles to work FIFO or DIDO for the same client.
