Mobile Plant Operator – Dozer, Grader, FT Grader

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking experienced Grader Operators, Final Trim Grader Operators, and Dozer Operators to join our well-established team based in Karratha and across the Pilbara region.

These roles sit within a strong pipeline of ongoing civil construction projects, offering long-term opportunities for skilled operators who are confident working across varied bulk and detailed earthworks environments.

We are looking for operators who are multi-skilled, adaptable, and confident moving between projects where their expertise is required, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

What You Will Need

Essential:

• Experience operating Grader and/or Dozer and relevant tickets
• Construction Card
• Civil construction and earthworks experience

Highly Desirable:

• Final Trim Grader experience
• GPS experience (Trimble/Topcon)
• Additional tickets across Roller, Skid Steer, Water Cart, Moxy, Excavator, Loader are highly regarded
• HR license or higher
• Completed Rio Tinto Site Inductions

You will also need to demonstrate the following:

• Strong understanding of site safety standards and procedures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Strong communication and team-based working approach
• Adhere to Company and site safety standards.
