Mechanical Fitter

The Role
We are seeking a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established Perth engineering business.  The role offers Monday to Friday dayshift, a modern workshop, and plenty of variety.
You'll work on a range of mining and heavy industry equipment, including:

• New equipment builds
• Mechanical repairs and overhauls
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Component fitting and assembly
• Delivering quality workmanship in a workshop environment

About You
We're looking for someone who:

• Has an Australian trade-qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
• Is experienced in heavy industry, mining, drilling, transport, manufacturing or similar environments
• Has strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
• Is able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Has a current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Enjoys variety and solving mechanical challenges
• Wants a long-term role with a great team
