About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll support engineers in the testing and maintenance of agricultural mechanical systems and components. Youll play a critical part in ensuring continuity of mechanical systems and components in real-world applications!

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in testing and maintenance of mechanical systems, prototypes, and components
• Set up, operate, and maintain testing and maintenance equipment
• Document testing and maintenance procedures, data, and results accurately
• Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, Workshop and Field Teams

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field - Agricultural Background and Experience (5+ years preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a mechanical/technical role (internships count!)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with testing and maintenance processes and technical documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
