We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our 2027 Graduate Program in South Australia.
As a Mechanical Engineering Graduate, you’ll work with site and project teams to help solve real problems. You’ll learn how construction works are planned and delivered, and how safety, quality, commercial, financial and environmental considerations shape good project outcomes.
If you are seeking a graduate role where you can get out from behind the desk, learn from good people and build confidence on real projects, this could be a great fit.
What our Graduate Program offers
Our Graduate Program gives you structure, support and plenty of opportunity to learn. You’ll be part of a 12-month program with exposure to fast-paced environments where no two days are quite the same.
You can expect:
A Career Development Framework to help guide your growth
A buddy to help with day-to-day questions
Graduate networking and development sessions
A regional welcome and annual Grad induction
About you
You’ll bring:
A relevant Mechanical Engineering qualification
Practical decision-making skills
A hands-on approach and commitment to working safely
Strong communication and teamwork
Curiosity, resilience and drive
Flexibility to travel, work occasional weekends or night shift, and relocate for career opportunities where required
Alignment with our values: Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude and Leadership.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
Have valid working rights in Australia
Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years, or be due to complete your studies before February 2027
Have achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100
