Mechanical Designer / Draftsperson | Acacia Ridge | $110K–$120K + Super

🛠️ Opportunity: Know your way around a drawing and what it takes to build it? This role puts you right between design and the workshop. You'll modify AutoCAD drawings, manage designs through Vault and work alongside engineers and trades to bring practical mechanical designs to life. Heavy vehicle, trailer or fabricated machinery experience will give you a real edge.

🎓 Experience: We're looking for someone who's hands-on, understands manufacturing and can communicate confidently with the people building the product. AutoCAD modification skills, actual Vault experience and familiarity with inventory systems are key. A Mechanical Engineering degree isn't required. Practical experience and knowing how things work on the workshop floor matter more.

💰 Benefits: $110K–$120K + super | Monday to Friday | 6am–2:30pm | Flexible start and finish arrangements by agreement.

📜 Extras: No NPC or medical required. Some flexibility to stay back when needed, balanced with flexibility around start times by agreement. Heavy vehicle, trailer manufacturing or boilermaking knowledge highly regarded.
