Bailey Nelson is rapidly expanding, adding around 15 new stores per year to our current 115 stores across three countries - Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the execution of our marketing initiatives across all channels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly, the brand is represented consistently and marketing objectives are delivered on time and on budget. This role works closely with multiple teams, from design to digital and requires strong project management and collaboration skills.
Some of your Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Marketing Setup & Promotional Calendar: Plan timing and detail of promotions and campaigns.
- Campaign Execution: Execute go-to-market campaigns across all channels, including in-store signage (VM / windows / mid-shelf), website and socials.
- Brand: Manage photoshoots and the Brand Platform, ensuring look & feel and tone of voice are consistent.
- EDMs: Plan and manage timing and content of email campaigns.
- Social Media & Influencer Programs: Execute campaigns across all channels and manage influencer programs.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee digital advertising to drive exam bookings and traffic.
- CRM: Support customer relationship management, customer journeys, and retention programs.
- NSO’s (New Store Openings): Develop pre-opening marketing plans, including giveaways and launch events.

- Health Fund Partnerships: Manage relationships and marketing opportunities across partner channels.
- Marketing Budget: Oversee global marketing budget management.
- Store Design & Brand VM: Work closely with the Design Manager to ensure brand standards in-store.

- You understand budgets and know-how to balance customer growth with cost and retention rates in order to maximize return on investment and value for spend.
- You are a thought leader who enjoys sharing your knowledge and keeping across the latest trends and insights into the digital landscape.
- You are a team player - you will be in a tight-knit environment with the Digital, Marketing and Graphic Design team.
