Our Mawson Lakes Facility (MLF) in Adelaide is the center of excellence for integration, facilities management, and sustainment of advanced defence systems. At MLF, you’ll be working alongside highly skilled engineers, operations, and project professionals in a collaborative and fast-paced environment that drives the success of Australia’s missile launch capability.

As a Logistics Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating the movement of materials, components and finished goods through the Mawson Lakes facility. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and transport providers, you’ll help ensure goods are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Coordinating domestic and international logistics activities
  • Managing inbound and outbound shipments
  • Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers
  • Maintaining inventory and logistics records within ERP systems
  • Supporting import/export documentation and customs processes
  • Assisting with warehouse operations and stock movements
  • Monitoring delivery schedules and resolving logistics issues proactively
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, procedures and industry standards
What you’ll bring:
  • 2+ years experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations
  • Certificate in Warehousing, Transport and/or Logistics or similar (desirable)
  • Experience handling export and import documentation in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP systems and logistics documentation highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) desirable
 Mandatory Requirements:  
  • Must be able to access information controlled under the US International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance.
