The role
- End-to-end customer order management - from ERP entry through to picking, packing, shipping, and invoicing
- Coordinating transport, preparing local and international shipping documentation, and tracking deliveries
- Monthly stock counts and collaborating with Purchasing to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Producing accurate logistics reports on performance and costing
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement projects across logistics operations
About You
Must Haves
- Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain coordination role
- Strong ERP system proficiency (order entry, invoicing, reporting)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills - written and verbal - with both customers and internal teams
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3PL/WMS platforms and logistics booking systems
- Exposure to international shipping documentation and freight processes
- Background in a healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industry environment
- Track record of identifying process improvements and seeing them through to implementation
