Logistics Officer

Location: Camberwell (FT on-site)

Are you a detail-obsessed Logistics Officer who thrives on keeping operations moving, orders on track, process improvement and customers in the loop - all without missing a beat?

The role

• End-to-end customer order management - from ERP entry through to picking, packing, shipping, and invoicing
• Coordinating transport, preparing local and international shipping documentation, and tracking deliveries
• Monthly stock counts and collaborating with Purchasing to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Producing accurate logistics reports on performance and costing
  
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement projects across logistics operations

About You

Must Haves

• Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain coordination role
• Strong ERP system proficiency (order entry, invoicing, reporting)
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Clear, professional communication skills - written and verbal - with both customers and internal teams
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3PL/WMS platforms and logistics booking systems
• Exposure to international shipping documentation and freight processes
• Background in a healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industry environment
• Track record of identifying process improvements and seeing them through to implementation
