We're searching for an experienced Leading Hand Heavy Diesel Fitter's to join our site based teams in the Gunnedah region, providing hands-on leadership across our mining fleet

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work side by side with your team, sharing your knowledge and helping them succeed. You'll keep daily maintenance running smoothly, support a strong safety culture, and play an important role in building a positive, high-performing crew.

• Certificate of Proficiency in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Trade
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Supervisor or senior tradesperson role
• Strong background working on CAT mining equipment
• Supervisor Training or willing to obtain (G1, G8, and G9 + G2, formerly known as S1, S2, S3) 
• Willing to complete an Order 45 Medical and Police Check
