Aestec Services is looking for a
Leading Hand Carpenter to join our local Gladstone team on ongoing projects. If you can run a crew, read plans, and keep work moving safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you. If you’ve stepped into a Leading Hand or supervising role without the official title, this is your opportunity to formalise that next step.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Carpenter with site experience
- Leading Hand experience, or demonstrated capability and work ethic to step confidently into the role
- Strong understanding of formwork and concreting fundamentals
- Ability to read plans and follow scopes of work
- Commitment to safety and positive team leadership
- Construction White Card
- Reliable, proactive, and strong communicator
