Labourer (Precast Concrete)

Modcast is a Precast concrete manufacturer based in Wangaratta, Victoria.

We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are currently growing our team. We have multiple Labourer roles available in our casting team and are hiring now for immediate start!

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with a variety of duties associated with precast concreting
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
• Adapting quickly to changing priorities and working collaboratively as part of a team
• Completing tasks efficiently and to a high standard within specified timeframes

What we’re looking for

• Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
• A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to learn new skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable & hard working
• Work well in a team
• Desire to take on new skills

Advantageous but not essential would be:

• Proficient Forklift operation
• Concreting experience
