Our focus is on providing clean, well-maintained and comfortable living spaces for our residents. To support our growing portfolio, we are seeking a skilled, reliable and hands-on Handyman to join our team.

The Role:

Seeking a dependable Labourer to assist with property setups, furniture removal, and basic installations. The role requires a strong work ethic, practical skills, and the ability to follow schedules and directions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Drive to and from assigned job sites using company vehicle.
• Assemble and build flat-pack furniture.
• Safely remove, move, and relocate furniture.
• Install and set up basic household appliances.
• Use GPS navigation to follow job routes and schedules.
• Follow workplace safety standards and company procedures.
• Report any damages, hazards, or operational issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Physically fit to lift and move heavy items.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
• Familiar with using GPS navigation.
• Experience with basic tools and installation tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
