We are now seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Sydney team and support our expanding customer base.

About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will:
Perform planned and reactive service and maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Participate in training, safety initiatives, and service meetings
Troubleshoot and think creatively to keep systems running efficiently
What You’ll Bring
Required:
Qualified or experienced Refrigeration Mechanic
Current valid driver’s licence
ARC licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Preferred:
Experience in industrial refrigeration environments
Ammonia (NH3) experience (advantageous but not essential)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong focus on safety and quality
Flexibility with working hours when required
