As a result, we are seeking an Indigenous Recruitment Consultant to support the delivery of key operational and strategic activities.
In this role you will be tasked with undertaking end-to-end recruitment across a diversified client portfolio. As a valued member of the team, you will also assist Recruitment Operations in building Indigenous talent pools and expanding recruitment networks within the community. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the Indigenous Recruitment Partner, the Aboriginal Employment Team, the D&I team and Indigenous Strategy and Services portfolio, with a particular focus on supporting the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Plan.
