  • Location: Darwin - Larrakia Land
  • Type: On site
  • Contract: Part Time | Ongoing | 20 hours per week
  • Salary: Social & Community Services 1 | $27.55 to $29.46 per hour + Super
  • Benefits: Salary packaging up to $18,550 + paid parental leave

Are you practical, compassionate and passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces for others?

Our Medical Accommodation Services team plays an important role in supporting guests during what can often be a challenging and emotional time. You’ll help create a calm, comfortable environment where people travelling for medical care feel supported, safe and at ease throughout their stay.

In this role, you’ll support the smooth daily operation of our accommodation facilities by maintaining clean and inviting rooms, shared spaces and assisting with basic kitchen duties. You’ll take pride in ensuring every space feels cared for and ready to welcome guests.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • experience in cleaning and laundering duties
  • experience in food handling and basic kitchen operations
  • a Certificate in Food Safety and a First Aid Certificate, or the willingness to obtain them
  • strong communication skills
  • a valid driver’s licence
  • available to work weekends and participate in a rotating roster
  • the physical ability to bend, crouch, reach overhead and stand for extended periods
