Hotel Housekeeper – MainStay Suites, Townsville

Are you someone who takes pride in creating clean and comfortable spaces?

We are looking for friendly and detail-orientated individuals to join our team at MainStay Suites Townsville as a casual Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and tiding guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard possible
• Replenishing Supplies like toiletries and linen
• Keeping cleaning equipment and supplies organized
• Notifying Reception/Supervisor of any repairs needed
• Be friendly and helpful to guest and colleagues

Ideal Experience you Bring:

• No formal experience necessary – we’ll provide training!
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanour
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays is required.
