Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will lead the regional execution of our home oxygen, sleep services, and nursing home business lines. This is a critical role where operational excellence, safety compliance, and patient care intersect, ensuring that life-supporting medical equipment and gases are delivered reliably, safely, and cost-effectively.As a vital leader of our regional operations, you will drive efficiency while championing a culture of care and safety:
Operational & Fleet Leadership: Coordinate and supervise all regional home healthcare operations. Take ownership of road safety standards, including driver training, coaching, and In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) management.
Continuity of Care & Supply: Ensure the uninterrupted supply of sleep products to CPAP clinics and medical gases and equipment to our patients, nursing homes, and clinical partners, fulfilling all contract service delivery obligations.
Asset & Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all diagnostic and therapeutic assets are accounted for, tracked using our Great Plains ERP system, and maintained in strict accordance with preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
People & Agent Development: Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a diverse team of direct reports and regional agents, aligning their daily objectives with our strategic KPIs and development frameworks.
Rigorous Safety & Audits: Maintain and execute comprehensive safety scorecards, operational audits, and hazard assessments to ensure absolute compliance with internal guidelines and external healthcare regulations.
Stock & Inventory Control: Manage regional stock levels, lead stocktakes, and collaborate with our National Supply and National Operations teams to proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
We are looking for an autonomous, problem-solving leader who thrives in a dynamic operational environment. You will bring:
Proven Leadership & Management: Solid experience leading operational teams, managing performance reviews, and setting team objectives.
Operational & Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies, as well as mandatory regulatory inspection requirements.
Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Experience utilizing root-cause analysis and risk-assessment methodologies to resolve operational concerns.
Advanced Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present information clearly to both clinical partners and executive management.
Digital Literacy: Strong computer skills, including the Google Workspace suite and experience navigating corporate ERP systems (experience with Great Plains is an advantage).
Exceptional Organization: Outstanding project management, prioritizing, and multitasking capabilities with a track record of driving initiatives to completion.
