About the role

DTI are delivering ongoing rail maintenance to support Fortescue's rail network and are hiring Hi-Rail Excavator Operators to support the North West Rail team in delivering rail maintenance for our clients.

This role is a FIFO to Port Hedland from Perth on a 2:1 roster.

Experience and capabilities

• Prior experience as a Hi-Rail Excavator Operator on construction and/or maintenance rail projects
• Hi-Rail Excavator and Loader Certificate
• HR/ HC License desirable
• Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
• Loader/ Excavator Ticket
• White/Blue Card and RIW Card
• Willingness to assist other work groups when required ie. Track Construction or maintenance activities
• Based in Western Australia or willing to relocate to the state.
