Synergie Australia is seeking Heavy Diesel Fitters for a leading provider of rental, maintenance, and rebuild services in the mining sector.

Whats on offer:

• Permanent full time position with opportunities for career progression.
• Pay rate: Starting at $75ph
• Location: WA Goldfields
• 2:1 Roster– Days & Nights
• FIFO  
• Camp and Motel.

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostic and repairs on various Heavy mobile fleet equipment including Liebherr, Komatsu, CAT & Hitachi machines.

About the role

• Fleet includes units up to 800T
• Carry out routine maintenance and fault diagnosis
• Provide support to the rental fleet as needed
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, adhering to all HSE procedures and protocols
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks, contributing to reliable and cost-effective equipment performance
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to align with broader business objectives and deliver service excellence

Pay Structure

• Up to $100/hr for highly experienced fitters with 10+ years
• Tiered pay structure for candidates with less experience – all levels encouraged to apply

About You:

• Relevant trade qualification & mining experience
• HR Licence
• Current NPC
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Proven experience on OEM equipment
• Strong diagnostics and fault-finding capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
• Commitment to safety and site protocols
