HD Drill Fitters

HMR is a national contractor providing underground and surface drilling, mining and raiseboring services to clients across Australia. 

Are you a highly motivated Heavy Diesel Fitter with a passion for keeping big rigs, and heavy equipment running smoothly? 

You will maintain a Fleet of Underground LM90 Diamond Drills and surface Diamond Drills. Attending to breakdowns and completing repairs and preventative maintenance work.

Key Details 

• Rosters: 8:6
• Full-time, permanent positions 
• Residential in Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth 
• Fitter's vehicle provided
• Meals, accommodation & flights provided
• Town based job

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a Fleet of Underground LM90 Diamond Drills and surface Diamond Drills.
• Attending to breakdowns and completing repairs and preventative maintenance work.

 
Requirements 

• 5+ years experience as a Drill Fitter
• Hydraulic diagnostic skills
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency 

• Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening 

• Police clearance

• First Aid Certificate

• Manual Driver’s Licence
