What’s on offer?
The Power Platform Architect is the technical lead for Microsoft Power Platform at Fulton Hogan. You’ll be responsible for how Power Platform solutions are designed, secured, integrated and scaled, making sure they align with our enterprise architecture, cloud strategy and information security standards. You’ll set and maintain the standards and guardrails that keep our solutions consistent, secure and fit for enterprise use.
Day to day, you’ll work with our Digital and IT teams to design and review Power Platform solutions, guiding decisions on environments, security, DLP policies, connectors, integrations and application lifecycle management. You’ll provide practical, hands‑on architectural support to help teams resolve complex technical issues while staying within enterprise standards. You’ll also partner with governance, security and platform stakeholders to keep our standards realistic, consistent and supportive of delivery. As the platform grows, you’ll run regular health checks and help strengthen our architecture and governance controls over time. Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
How will you connect to the role?
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring strong, hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, along with proven experience in solution or platform architecture within an enterprise environment. You’ll have a solid understanding of cloud architecture principles (ideally on Microsoft Azure) and strong knowledge of security, identity, integration and data governance. Just as importantly, you’ll be able to explain complex technical concepts in clear, simple terms to non‑technical stakeholders.
It would be highly beneficial if you’ve previously defined and applied architectural standards and guardrails, implemented ALM and environment strategies for low‑code platforms, and integrated Power Platform solutions with enterprise or line‑of‑business systems. Familiarity with digital forms, workflow automation or similar platforms will also be an advantage.
