Grader Operator (140M Grader)

Our client is delivering a civil subdivision project in Petrie, North Brisbane, and is seeking an experienced 140M Grader Operator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an immediate start on an initial 8-10 week project, with strong potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.

• Civil Subdivision Project
• $55.45-$58.34 per hour (Flat Rate)
• Monday to Friday with potential Saturday work
• 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Immediate Start
• 8-10 Week Project with Long-Term Potential

The Role:

• Operate a 140M grader on a civil subdivision project
• Carry out grading and final trim works using GPS
• Work autonomously to achieve production and quality targets
• Complete daily pre-start inspections and operate machinery safely
• Work closely with supervisors and other plant operators to meet project deadlines

What do you require to be successful in this position:

• Current Grader RII or relevant competency
• Proven experience operating a 140M grader within a civil or subdivision environment
• Demonstrated GPS final trim experience
• Current Construction White Card
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Additional machinery tickets are advantageous but not essential
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
