General Labourer

Synergie Australia is seeking General Labourers to join a fast-moving and supportive team based in Geebung.

The important parts:

• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
• Between $34 – $36 per hour + super, paid weekly
• Immediate start available
• Ongoing work with long term potential

What you will be required to do:

• General labouring and manual handling duties; loading, lifting and moving materials
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Perform general site and warehouse cleaning, sweeping, and tidying
• Hands-on tasks to support warehouse operations
• Support machine operators and trades staff as required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

To be successful in the role you will:

• Previous labouring, warehouse, or construction site experience
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting and manual work
• Positive, team-focused mindset and good communication skills
• Have a safety-first attitude and solid attention to detail
• Must have full Australian working rights
• Have access to reliable transport to get to work
