  • Do we offer a ‘competitive’ salary package? Of course! Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.

How you’ll connect to the role

You’re a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering work safely and to a high standard. You bring proven experience working on major civil construction projects and understand what it takes to keep teams aligned, productive and focused on outcomes. You lead from the front, with the ability to influence and motivate crews while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, cost and schedule.

Well organised and solutions-focused, you’re comfortable managing competing priorities and working to tight deadlines without losing sight of the bigger picture. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships across site teams and stakeholders, and know how to keep work moving in a practical and efficient way. You’re also confident using systems, completing reports and ensuring documentation is kept up to date and accurate.

This is a strong opportunity to take ownership of a key part of project delivery, where what you do each day will directly impact how the job runs.

You’ll be trusted to lead, supported by a capable team, and given the scope to make decisions, improve how work is done and build your reputation as a leader in the business.

If you’re ready for a role where you can lead from the front, make a real impact on site and build a long-term career with Fulton Hogan, we’d like to hear from you.

Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL. Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude and Leadership encapsulate what we stand for at Fulton Hogan and encourage us to foster a diverse and inclusive culture where we listen to, care for, celebrate, and respect everyone.

We are committed to reconciliation and building and nurturing respectful relationships with First Nations peoples. If our values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position. If you’re not sure that you meet 100% of the selection criteria, that’s okay, we would still like to hear from you and potentially discuss how your skills could be utilised at Fulton Hogan.
