About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating forklifts as part of a dynamic, hands-on yard team. One role will spend much of the day on the forklift — loading, unloading, and moving engineered timber products — while also supporting general yard and production duties. The other two will be multi-skilled production workers who will ideally have some forklift experience.

Key duties include:

• Safely operating forklifts to load/unload trucks and move timber stock
• Handling long loads and working with engineered wood products
• Preparing and packaging timber orders
• Using cutting tools and saws to size materials
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant yard environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their forklift skills and teamwork.

You’ll stand out if you have:

• A current forklift licence (essential) — or willingness to renew
• Proven experience in yard, warehouse, or timber environments
• Counterbalance or side-loader forklift experience (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
