What’s on offer?
We’re looking for an experienced Foreperson to support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project in New South Wales for our Eastern Region Construction (ERC) business. This is a key site-based role where you’ll lead from the front, bringing your experience and practical approach to drive safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
Working closely with the Project Manager and engineering team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, setting clear direction for crews and subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered to plan.
What you’ll do
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Foreperson who brings solid experience in civil construction and understands what it takes to deliver work safely and efficiently on site. You’re confident leading crews, coordinating multiple activities and keeping delivery on track in a fast-paced environment.
You take a practical, hands-on approach and lead by example, setting the tone for safety, quality and productivity. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable making decisions on the ground to keep works moving.
You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and create a positive team environment where people feel supported and accountable. You take pride in your work and the outcomes your team delivers, and you’re always looking for better ways to get the job done.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team and continue building your capability on a large, complex project.
