Green by Nature is expanding in Brisbane, and we're looking for a motivated leader to oversee site operations, mentor crews and deliver high-quality hardscape and structural landscaping projects. Working Monday to Friday with early starts and early finishes, you'll enjoy a healthy work-life balance, with a fully maintained company vehicle, uniforms, PPE and tools all provided—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and delivering landscape construction projects across Brisbane.
• Completing hardscape works including paving, retaining walls, concreting, decks and timber structures.
• Reading and interpreting construction plans to ensure projects are delivered to specification.
• Coordinating materials, subcontractors, machinery and daily site activities.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and presentation across every project.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing team members on site.
• Assisting with project planning and providing input into project scheduling and delivery.

✅ What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or extensive industry experience).
• White Card (essential).
• Proven experience in hardscape and structural landscape construction.
• Previous experience leading teams or supervising construction crews.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and delivering quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided).
