We’re on the hunt for a Foreman who can lead a team of techs and keep things running smoothly. You’ll be right in the thick of it, hands-on in the workshop, out in the field, and yes, a little admin to keep everything ticking along.

If you’re someone who loves a fast-paced, get-it-done environment and enjoys leading from the front, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide mechanical support and mentorship to a skilled team of qualified and apprentice technicians
• Coordinate and monitor services and repairs to ensure efficiency and quality
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and revenue
• Carry out service, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural machinery
• Diagnose and interpret machine faults with precision using diagnostic tools
• Review and finalise job cards for accurate documentation

Who We’re Looking For

• Trade Qualified – Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
• Proven Leadership – Confident in coaching, motivating, and empowering a team
• Experienced – Minimum 5 years in service roles with strong technical expertise
• Resilient & Organised – Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Customer Focused – Excellent communication and commitment to exceeding expectations
