Tasks and responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Responsible for inspection and servicing requirements for
fire -fighting equipment (e.g. Fire extinguishers, hose reel, hydrants etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span> Responsible
for inspection and servicing requirements for fire -safety systems (e.g. alarm
panel, call points, detectors etc.), dealing with equipment issues effectively
& efficiently<\/span><\/span><\/span> Attend
to work onboard vessels as well, dealing with FFE and LSE inspection and
servicing work<\/span><\/span><\/span> To
plan and carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire protection
equipment.<\/span><\/span><\/span> To
document all works as required to fulfil class society and regulatory
requirement<\/span><\/span><\/span> Any
other reasonable task required by the Company<\/span><\/span><\/span> Minimum experience as a Fire Protection Technician for 3 -5 years<\/span><\/span><\/span> AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on -the -job
training, or AQF Certificate IV<\/span><\/span><\/span> Employer Sponsored Visa.<\/span>
