Position Details
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finishing Foreman to join our construction team at Palm Lake Resort, Forster Lakes. This is a Full-Time Fixed-Term (1 Year) position, working 38 hours per week between 6am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
As the Finishing Foreman you will lead and coordinate all finishing trades while overseeing maintenance, repairs, and safety to ensure construction projects are completed to the highest quality and standards.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Strong residential construction knowledge & understanding of BCA requirements
Trade qualification (Preferably Carpentry)
3-5 years experience as Finishing Foreman or Maintenance (preferably in residential sector)
Proven ability to motivate, lead and manage teams, trades and subcontractors
Experience coordinating resources and managing a high volume of homes under construction
Sound understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
