• Role: SMP Supervisor

• Salary: Base + 45% uplift, performance incentive payments, underground allowance & night shift allowances.
• Roster and Travel: 2:1 FIFO roster with charters ex Brisbane & Adelaide, with connecting flights to these charter ports paid.

M2P Engineering is deep in delivering a major SMP scope at Prominent Hill, in remote South Australia. This isn't a project that's kicking off. We're in the thick of it. Our team just executed a massive sky shaft build and move – a serious milestone in the SMP scope at Prom – but there's still plenty to do.

We're recruiting experienced SMP Supervisors to lead crews across both underground and surface works. This is remote site work in tough conditions, on the kind of complex, technically demanding builds that M2P has made its name on. If that sounds like your kind of job, keep reading.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Supervising SMP crews across underground and surface construction works
• Leading the safe execution of structural, mechanical and piping scopes – structural steel, heavy mechanical equipment, platework and piping systems
• Planning and coordinating daily works, pre-starts, permits and interfaces with client teams
• Driving quality outcomes – work done right the first time, to spec and to standard
• Championing safety in the field – hazard identification, lead indicators, and genuine care for your crew
• Mentoring and backing your team so they can do the best work of their careers.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for proven experience. You'll bring:

• Solid experience supervising SMP crews on mine sites – you've done this before, and done it well
• Genuine underground experience – you know the environment, the risks and how to get work done safely
• Background in a relevant discipline (boilermaker, fitter, rigger or similar)
• A track record of delivering quality work in remote, high-pressure settings
• True leadership – you set the standard, you back your people, and your crews want to work for you
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical (underground medical requirements apply).
