We are currently seeking experienced and qualified HD Fitters to join our client a civil construction/earthworks contractor on long-term assignments in the Pilbara Western Australia. The roles are offered FIFO Perth on a 2:2 or 2:1 roster on $90 per hour based on experience with super paid on all hours. After a qualifying period, there will be the option to transition to full-time employment with the client.   
Paid Flights Direct to Site   
Our client will pay for flights from any mainland capital city and fly you to site the afternoon before your swing starts to avoid staying overnight in Perth. 
HD Fitters 
      With a well-equipped workshop on site, you will have experience working on CAT machines inclusive of Loaders, Graders, Watercarts, Excavators, Small Tippers and light vehicles.  Project locations FMG and Rio Tinto 

      Mobile Crushing HD Fitter 

      We also have a position for a HD Fitter with mobile crushing experience working on new and low hour Kleman, McCloskey, Terrex Finlay and CAT equipment including Loaders, Watercarts, Excavators and Toyota LV's.  Project locations BHP and Roy Hill.

      To be considered for these positions you will ideally have:

      • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on mobile mining equipment
      • Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent Heavy Diesel Trade
      • Possession of a HR drivers' licence 
      • Current National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months)
      • Unrestricted Australian working rights. 
      • Strong organisational and communication skills
      • Demonstrated field service and breakdown experience within a mining environment
