We are looking for an experienced and motivated FIFO Chef to join our team, servicing remote accommodation villages and work sites based out of Darwin, NT.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals who thrive in a remote camp environment. You’ll need to be adaptable, reliable, and able to work well in a small team, while delivering exceptional food and service.
Location and Details:
📍 Location and Point of Hire: Darwin, NT
🗓️ Roster: 2:1
⏰ Shifts: 12 hour shifts
⏳ Start Date: ASAP | Multiple Dinner Chef and Breakfast chef roles available.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Previous FIFO, remote camp, mining, or high-volume catering experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- White Card- Mandatory
- Drivers Licence – Mandatory
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
