WSP is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with up to 7 years’ commercial experience to join our Brisbane-based Geotechnical & Tunnels team and contribute to some of Australia’s most interesting and technically challenging infrastructure projects. You’ll be supported by strong local teams, a global network of expertise, and clear pathways for career growth, while balancing hands-on fieldwork with analysis, design input and client‑focused project delivery.

About the role
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, planning and delivering geotechnical investigations, interpreting ground conditions, and supporting practical, well-considered engineering solutions. Working alongside experienced senior engineers, you’ll continue to build your technical capability while contributing meaningfully to project outcomes.
