Excavator Operator

Due to our ongoing success and growth, we are currently seeking applications for an exciting opportunity to join our team in Esperance as a skilled Excavator Operator.

Project Scope:

• Upgrade water supply infrastructure for Esperance as part of the National Water Grid initiative.
• Equip three existing groundwater bores.
• Install a new 1.2 km water pipeline in the Eleven Mile borefield, located west of Esperance.
• Decommission three older bores in the existing township area as replacements come online.
• Scheduled Start: Early 2026 (Feb onsite)
• Duration: Approx. 6-8 months

About the Role:

As an Excavator Operator, you will be tasked with handling heavy machinery to undertake excavation activities associated with construction, maintenance, repair projects, specifically designed for water infrastructure projects. This position requires precise digging, trenching, and site preparation while upholding safety standards and technical specifications.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating excavators up to 30T
• Current excavator operating accreditation and demonstrated industry experience
• Australian working rights
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol testing
• Applicants MUST reside in Esperance
• A “can do” flexible attitude and strong team player mentality
