The opportunity
Due to the continued growth and workload, we are seeking a Qualified Electrician to join our Carrara workshop. Although initially a casual role, there is opportunity to lead to a permanent full-time role for the right candidate. This is a fast-paced, industrial factory setting, with a high functioning and collaborative team. 

About You

• Current QLD Electrical licence and CPR/LVR

• Proven experience with industrial plant and equipment or transferable skill's

• A meticulous thinker who puts safety first and takes pride in their work

• Current W@H & EWP Licence (Desirable)

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or autonomously

• Well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety 

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• General repair and preventative maintenance of manufacturing plant and equipment

• Problem solving of breakdowns related to electrical issues 

• Testing and tagging of electrical components 

• Installation and rectification of general electrical components

• Completing work within scheduled timeframes

• Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations
