Lynton Electrical Pty Ltd is a company based in Mosman NSW 2088 providing residential and commercial electrical services, including installations, repairs, maintenance, switchboard upgrades, lighting, solar energy solutions and emergency electrical services, with a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
  
Lynton Electrical is now looking for an experienced Electrician to join their team.
  
The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical wiring, lighting, power outlets, switchboards and electrical equipment in residential and commercial properties.
• Reading and interpreting electrical plans, drawings, specifications and wiring diagrams to determine installation requirements.
• Testing, diagnosing and repairing electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment and instruments.
• Installing, upgrading and replacing switchboards, safety switches, circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Carrying out electrical installations for lighting, power, data, solar and other electrical systems in accordance with Australian Standards.
• Inspecting electrical systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Performing preventative and routine maintenance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Connecting electrical systems to power supplies and commissioning completed installations.
• Liaising with clients, supervisors and other trades to coordinate electrical works and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

• At least 1 year of experience as an Electrician;
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, switchboards and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in diagnosing electrical faults and using electrical testing and measuring equipment.
• Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
