Dry Stock Farm Hand

Tasmania area – Australia: The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys practical farm work, structured routines, and being part of a supportive team. Work may include busy periods and varying hours in line with seasonal demands.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 

• Agricultural degree/ diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience with livestock / dairy
• Must have tractor & fencing skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, yard work, manual labour)
• Ability to work unsupervised and remain accountable
• Must be reliable, self-driven and hands-on
• Observant with stock behaviour & paddock feed estimation
• Calm and patient handling of young stock

 
 
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
 

• Feeding stock
• Tractor work
• Fencing
• General farm tasks
