Zenith Energy is calling for expressions of interest from experienced Drilling Supervisors \/ Wellsite Supervisors \/ Company Men<\/b> with a background in onshore drilling operations<\/b>. We anticipate a ramp\-up of land\-based activity across Queensland and are building a strong pipeline of field\-ready professionals to support upcoming campaigns.
<\/p>

This is not a live role but a forward\-looking opportunity to register your interest in future field\-based supervisory positions.

About the Opportunity<\/b>

Zenith partners with operators and drilling contractors to deliver safe and efficient well delivery across Australia. We're seeking expressions of interest from professionals with experience in:
<\/p>

• Land\-based oil and gas drilling operations
  <\/p><\/li>

• Day\-to\-day supervision of rig site activities
  <\/p><\/li>

• Contractor and service company management
  <\/p><\/li>

• HSE leadership and assurance
  <\/p><\/li>

• Drilling and completions program execution
  <\/p><\/li>

• Field reporting and logistics coordination
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Who We’re Looking For<\/b>
  <\/h3>

  • 10+ years’ experience in onshore drilling, with at least 3+ years as a Drilling Supervisor or Company Man
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong working knowledge of wellsite operations and rig\-based activities
    <\/p><\/li>

  • IWCF or Well Control Certificate (Supervisory Level)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with QLD\-specific land access, regulatory, and environmental frameworks
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proven ability to lead field operations and maintain safety and performance standards
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Available for upcoming FIFO or DIDO rosters from Brisbane
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
