We’re looking for a proven Dozer Operator who can jump on the dozer and other mobile plant to get the job done safely, properly and without cutting corners. If you’ve got genuine experience across civil earthworks, earthmoving and rehabilitation, and you take pride in doing things right the first time, we want to hear from you.

Macro Mining Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX-listed Macro Metals Limited (ASX: M4M). We deliver end-to-end mining services across the full project lifecycle in Western Australia — from technical services and contract mining through to crushing and screening, bulk haulage, export and logistics, and rehabilitation. We work alongside Tier-1 operators as one team, integrating directly into client systems, aligning with site requirements and delivering safely, efficiently and transparently.

The Role

You’ll be embedded in a small, tight-knit crew delivering project works at our Pilbara-based project. This role requires genuine versatility – you’ll move between machines and tasks as the project requires. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating a range of heavy earthmoving equipment, including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, and water carts
• Civil earthworks including bulk earthmoving, cut and fill, drainage construction, drill pad construction, access road building and maintenance
• Experience on Tier-1 civil earthworks, earthmoving and/or mine rehabilitation projects (e.g., BHP, Rio Tinto) is essential
• Demonstrated ability to perform pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
• Ability to obtain a valid site-specific medical (including drug and alcohol screening)
• Following site safety management plans, SWMS, JHAs and all applicable safety procedures — no shortcuts
• Working collaboratively within a crew that holds each other accountable and looks out for one another
• Current HR-A class driver’s licence.

About You

You’re bringing strong experience on the dozer, but not someone who knows only one machine; you are someone who can operate competently across multiple equipment types and able to work with others to ensure we are all upskilled and able to get the work done. You bring:

• Demonstrated experience operating across multiple machine types on mining or civil construction sites
• Experience on Tier-1 civil earthworks, earthmoving and/or mine rehabilitation projects (BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Roy Hill or similar) (highly desirable)
• Current WA C/HR-Aclass driver’s licence
• Current WA High Risk Work Licences (where applicable)
• Current or ability to obtain a valid Mine Site Medical (including drug and alcohol screening)
• White Card / General Construction Induction
• Experience working on remote FIFO sites in Western Australia
• A genuine commitment to safety, including the willingness to stop work if something isn’t right
• The ability to work autonomously, take ownership of your tasks and communicate openly with your crew
