Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Associate Director Document and Information and clients on best-practice for document and information management strategies.
  • Assist in producing a diverse range of documents as required e.g., Document Control Plan, Standards, progress reports etc.
  • Drive adoption across diverse organizations.
  • Ensure accurate version control and compliance with standards.
  • Manage document workflows and approvals.
  • Maintain secure document repositories.
  • Support teams with Document or Information related queries and training.


Skills And Experiences

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7 + years of experience in document control and information management.
  • Proven experience in major projects, with client-side and/or contractor-side experience.
  • Knowledge of document management systems, governance and lifecycle principles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Automate
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be agile and pivot as the role demands change
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
