About the Role

As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining production, quality, and compliance documentation. You will ensure all documents are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible to support manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.

This is a permanent part time role, ideal for someone looking to work school hours - 8:30am or 9am start with a 2:30pm finish, Monday to Friday. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain document control systems for manufacturing and quality documentation
  • Control document numbering, revisions, approvals, and distribution
  • Ensure production procedures, work instructions, and quality documents are current and compliant
  • Maintain document registers, records, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy) and ensure records are up to date
  • Coordinate document updates with engineering, production, and quality teams
  • Support audits (internal and external) by ensuring documentation is readily available and compliant
  • Assist in implementing document control processes
  • Archive obsolete documents in accordance with company procedures


Skills And Experiences

About you

  • Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with LMS highly desirable
