About The Role
Due to the Company’s involvement in a number of new projects and studies, we are currently recruiting for a Document Controller to join our Brisbane based team.
The Document Controller is responsible for the updating of the Document Management System in accordance with project execution plans and contracting strategies. This role is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of data, undertaking processing tasks and reporting performance of the Document Control functions on major projects.
You will be mentored by a team of Senior Document Controllers, along with maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders (projects team, commercial team, finance team and legal team) and external stakeholders (various vendors and contractors).
