DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Apply documented procedures and policies to perform diagnostics and complex repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance based on engine assessments.
- Complete required documentation, such as work completed documents, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms.
- Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
- Coach and develop technicians and/or apprentices, transferring knowledge and experience to others.
- Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
- Adhere to and ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
- Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
- Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
- Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred).
