RAM Equipment is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team in Richmond.
This is primarily a workshop-based role with occasional field service work, offering variety across a wide range of construction, mining and industrial equipment. If you’re looking for long-term job security, regular overtime, and a team that values quality workmanship, we’d like to hear from you.

About the Role
- Service, maintain and repair heavy diesel equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Attend breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime
- Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Assist with equipment commissioning and setup
- Maintain service records and job documentation
- Provide occasional field service support when required
About You
- Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic or Mobile Plant Technician
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with construction, earthmoving, mining or industrial equipment highly regarded
- Reliable, self-motivated and safety-focused
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (HR licence preferred).
- Demonstrated competence in reading and interpreting technical manuals, hydraulic and electrical schematics.
