Location: Yass, Goulburn River & Adjungbilly, NSW
This role will involve:
Experience in all below areas is essential, this is an allrounder position
• Housekeeping- cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and changing linen
• Laundry – washing of linens and towels
• Common area cleaning- gyms, recreation rooms & offices
• Kitchen Hand duties- ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP protocols, food preparation, dishes, deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment
• Dining Attendant duties- clearing & wiping tables, washing dishes, clean dining room, top up food bains, cutlery and drink station
• Serving in bar/wetness
What we are looking for:
• Proven hospitality experience in both housekeeping & catering
• Australian Citizen or Full working rights in Australia
• Current Full Driver’s License
• Construction White Card- Mandatory & NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Food Safety & Food Allergen Training- Essential
• Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
• First Aid/CPR (preferred)
• Effective communication skills at all levels, both client-facing and internal
